What you need to do during the 180 days usage of niostem.
1. In the first week of use take your “before” pictures using the App’s selfie feature, take 5 different pictures of your hair loss as shown below (5 different angles of your head: front, back, top, right side profile, left side profile). Make sure to have good light and that the images are sharp. We recommend you to ask another person to take the pictures. The App to help you guide and store the images.
2. Use the niostem device daily for 30 minutes and for at least 180 days. Not using the device as indicated by niostem will result in lack of results. niostem can only guarantee results when the device is used as indicated. As we know that everybody can miss one day occasionally, the minimum usage of the device in 180 days is 153 days, defined as 85% of 180 days. 3. Take a new set of pictures every month (5 different angles as described in 1.) Make sure that the light and sharpness of the pictures are the same as on the “before” pictures e.g. we recommend always using the same room.
4. If after the first 180 days of use of the device you see no results, submit the following information to [email protected]

5. niostem customer support will contact you in case of questions and your claim will be processed within 30 days after receipt of all required information. Only claims fulfilling all the above described requirements will be eligible for reimbursement.

the 180 days money-back guarantee can be claimed only after 180 days of usage of niostem and is applicable to only one device per user. The niostem device must be used according to the manufacturer instructions of use e.g. daily use for 30 min (a minimum of 153 days in a period of 180 days).
