Mane Biotech GmbH (niostem) is committed to making its online shop at www.niostem.com accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG).

1. Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the BFSG (WCAG 2.1 Level AA). A compliance audit conducted on April 24, 2026, identified a conformity score of 43 out of 100 points.

2. Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is currently not fully accessible for the following reasons:

  • Alternative Text for Images: 15 images currently lack sufficient alternative text, making them difficult for screen reader users to understand (Violation of WCAG 1.1.1).

  • User Interface Elements: 2 interactive buttons do not have perceivable text, meaning they cannot be clearly operated by assistive technologies (Violation of WCAG 4.1.2).

  • Hyperlinks: 43 links within the shop system lack descriptive text, which impairs navigation for screen reader users (Violation of WCAG 2.4.4).

Due to these limited resources, the immediate and total remediation of all deep-seated structural IT deficiencies represents a temporary disproportionate burden.
