Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

This policy outlines how you can manage or cancel your niostem Lease-to-Own (Mietkauf) subscription.

Please note that this policy applies to active subscriptions. If you made a one-time standard purchase, this page does not apply to you (please see our Refund Policy regarding your 14-day right of withdrawal).

1. Lease-to-Own Subscription Terms

When you purchase a niostem device via our Lease-to-Own subscription, you enter into a 14-month contract with a mandatory minimum term of 6 months. During this initial 6-month period, ordinary cancellation is excluded.

2. Canceling After the Minimum Term

Once your 6-month minimum term has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Because this is a hardware lease, a cancellation is only physically completed once the device is returned to us.

To cancel your subscription:

·       You must declare your cancellation via your customer portal (accessible via your order confirmation emails) or by using the statutory cancellation button ("Verträge hier kündigen") located in the footer of our website.

·       Upon initiating the cancellation, you must return the device to us at your own expense and risk.

·       Once the device is received and passes our technical inspection, your subscription will be officially terminated, and no further monthly charges will apply.

3. Early Buyout Option

Instead of canceling and returning the device, you may choose to exercise your Early Buyout Option at any time. The buyout price is calculated as the total purchase price (€1,246.00) minus the sum of all monthly installments you have already paid. Upon payment of this remaining balance, ownership of the device transfers to you immediately, and the monthly subscription is automatically terminated.

4. Termination for Cause

Mane Biotech GmbH reserves the right to terminate the subscription for cause (e.g., in the event of severe payment default exceeding two months). In such cases, the device must be returned immediately, and further collection actions may apply as outlined in our Terms of Service.
