Refund Policy

As a consumer, you generally have a legal right of withdrawal when purchasing from our online shop, which we will inform you about below:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. Consequences of Revocation

Refund Qualification

To qualify for a refund in accordance with this section 1, returned goods must be in their original packaging. We will then refund the full amount of the Product, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred by your optional choice of another mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

You shall return or deliver the Product to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which you inform us that you are withdrawing from this agreement. This deadline is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Refund of Pre-Orders

In accordance with governing law, the pre-orders qualify for refunds within a 14-day window post making the reservation payment.

for deliveries of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded
