All orders are processed and shipped from Germany. Once your payment has been successfully received, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days within the EU.

We only use certified and tracked delivery services (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is completely free of charge for niostem devices (applicable to both one-time purchases and Lease-to-Own subscriptions). Shipping fees may apply for separate accessory orders and will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that local customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled directly with the respective authorities or carrier. niostem provides all necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance but has no influence over these local procedures or charges.
